The opening ceremony of the Festival in Changsha

The opening ceremony of the 2. „Polish Circles of Art in China Festival” took place on the 4th December in the Art Institute of Hunan Normal University in Changsha. The festival was opened by the Vice Chairman of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference of the Hunan Province, Mr Ouyang Bin. The host of the event was Mr Yan Fuchu, the deputy Director-General of Hunan Province Cultural Department. The introductory speech was given by the Vice Chancellor of Hunan Normal University, Mr Li Dazhi. After the official opening all the guests took their time to see the exhibition „To see marks of time – contemporary polish poster exhibition”.
